We respect your data and your privacy. The Luke Hope website collects some personal information to fulfil your order, reply to your message sent via the contact form or add you to our mailing list, but we will never sell, rent or trade any of your information with a third party.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
When you use the contact form, newsletter sign up or shop on this website, as part of process, we collect the personal information you give us to fulfil your request or transaction. When you browse our website we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser, operating system and experience when visiting.

When you provide us with personal information to reply to a message, sign up to our newsletter or place an order, we respect that you consent to our collecting this information and using it for that specific reason only.

Squarespace
Our website and web shop are hosted on Squarespace, Inc. (Squarespace). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place to protect your data.

Any of the third-party providers used by our Squarespace website and web shop will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Squarespace uses third party payment providers to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information, securely. Such third party providers use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which will contain privacy protections. Payments for our products are currently processed and managed using the third party vendors, PayPal and Stripe.

MailChimp

When you subscribe to our mailing list, you are prompted to give your permission for us to send you emails. We only send occasional emails with information about the shop being updated and any exhibitions, events or new works that we think you might like to know about.
